Hello Friends,We are having an issue with PowerPoint saved to our SharePoint site (2013, cloud hosted). After a powerpoint is saved and reopened to our SharePoint library, it has lost images.
![]()
It will display the message 'the image part with relationship id rid2 wasnot found in the file'.This is not happening to all PowerPoints, but it did happen to 2 powerpoints that were 50+ slides. We suspect that it might be a size issue, but we do not understand why saving it to SharePoint would cause some of them to break. We found a couplethreads referring to similar things happening to powerpoints in dropbox. Thanks for your help!
Powerpoint for mac the image part with relationship id rid2 was not found in the file. The image part with relationship ID rld2 or rld3 was not. This file is what is eventually hashed and creates the digest. The package implementer shall remove all Relationship elements that do not have either an Id value that matches any SourceId value or a Type value that matches any SourceType value, among the SourceId and SourceType values specified in the transform definition.
